Arsenal Are Keeping Tabs On This Juventus Youngster: One For The Future?
Yildiz’s impressive start to this Serie A campaign
Yildiz has enjoyed good form at the Turin club this season after putting in a string of impressive performances as the focal point of their attack. The 20-year-old has two goals and four assists in eight appearances for Juventus this campaign in various competitions.
The Turkish player has proven himself in the final third with an average of 2.10 shots per 90 minutes in Serie A. He kept 41.7% of his attempts on target. Yildiz was even accurate in distributing the ball in the opponent’s half, based on his 79.4% pass success rate in the Italian first division (stats via fbref.com).
Yildiz is under contract with the Italian club until the summer of 2029, so Arsenal would have to make a significant offer if they are serious about signing him next year.

Arsenal keeping tabs on Yildiz: is he a future prospect?
Yildiz can find space for himself to score a few strikes on goal. He has an eye for creating the odd chance for his teammates to find the back of the net.
The Turkish sensation is a good dribbler with the ball. He can contribute by scoring and creating his fair share of goals up top. The Juventus talent is primarily a left-back player, but can also operate as a right winger or center forward if necessary. However, it remains to be seen whether he can make a smooth transition to life in the Premier League.
We can expect Yildiz to inject more quality into Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta’s frontline. He has what it takes to be a good rotational element in the north London club’s matchday squad.
At 20 years old, Yildiz is undoubtedly a prospect to watch in the future. So, Arteta would be wise to complete a deal for him in January or next summer.
