Arsenal boost as it’s revealed it could be easiest year to win title EVER and they’re on course to break Chelsea record

ARSENAL appear to be on an unstoppable march towards the Premier League title.
Mikel Arteta’s side have already taken a four-point lead while barely appearing to get out of first gear.
The Gunners have looked virtually impossible to score so far this season, with only Erling Haaland doing so from open play in the Prem.
Arsenal are four points ahead of surprise package Bournemouth in second, and five ahead of rivals Tottenham and newly promoted revelation Sunderland.
Reigning champions Liverpool dropped seven points after defeat FOUR back-to-back matches – their latest blow coming midweek as a much-changed side were knocked out of the Carabao Cup by Crystal Palace.
Manchester City, meanwhile, are six behind after losing 1-0 at Aston Villa last weekend.

Last season, Liverpool won the title with a total of 84 points, although 75 would have been enough with runners-up Arsenal finishing on 74.
Arteta’s men have already accumulated 22 in nine matches this season and are on course for 90 at their current pace.
Opta’s Brainiacs predict they will get 80 points, 11 more than Liverpool and Man City on 69.
This would make 70 points enough to win the title – the lowest total NEVER.

Manchester United won the Prem with 75 points in 1997, which is currently the lowest total ever.
Via Sky Sports, the Gunners have a 66 percent chance of winning the Premier League – well above City with 12 percent and struggling champions Liverpool with 11 percent.
The key to Arsenal’s success so far has been their impenetrable defense.
With Gabriel and William Saliba in charge of the backline, the Gunners have conceded just three times in nine matches.
That means they are set to let in just 13 across the entire Prem campaign – which would be the lowest tally on record.
The current record is held by José Mourinho’s Chelsea, who conceded 15 goals in 38 matches during the 2004-05 season.
INVINCIBLES COMPARISON
The last Arsenal team to win the title in 2003-04 went the entire Premier League season without losing a single game.
Arsene Wenger’s men plundered 90 points, the same total Arteta’s family are on course to secure – although they lost their unbeaten run early on against Liverpool at Anfield in August.
The Invincibles have conceded 0.7 goals per game, more than the 0.3 per game the current crop are letting in.
Not considered the most exciting team, Arsenal are scoring 1.8 goals per game so far this season, just behind the 1.9 per game that did the job in 2004.
