Arsenal: Mikel Arteta delivers Viktor Gyokeres verdict in clear message to team-mates
Mikel Arteta jumped into the defense of Viktor Gyokerres and told his arsenal players that they had to create more chances for their new star striker.
Gyokerres took a regular life at the Emirates stadium after his move of 64 million pounds of high -level Sterling of Sporting in summer.

The Swedish scored three goals in his first six games for Arsenal to date, but has had a hard time for big games against Manchester United, Liverpool and Manchester City.
Gyokerres did not find the net in any of these games, with his last white to come in the 1-1 draw at home on Sunday with City.
Arteta, however, did not put the blame for that at the attacker’s door and rather stressed the need to give him more service.
“Well, there were a lot of very good balls in the box, especially I remember three that he was very, very close to doing (something with) against City,” said Arteta.
“Having a very big chance open is extremely difficult, but it certainly does its best and tries to do it and we must provide him more, that’s all.

“There were a lot of situations where the chances were there, then the final pass was missing today. At many moments, it was very, very open.”
Arteta’s assessment was similar to that of the former Liverpool defender, Jamie Carragher, who worked on Sky Sports as an extract for Sunday’s match against City.
“We asked him before the show:” Is Gyokerres the guy to win the title to them? “, And he had a little criticism for his performances in big games,” said Carragher.
“He did not have a kick today and he could put criticism at the back of the game, but I do not think that in these three games, he had the opportunity. They did not create a chance for him.
“So I come back when people continue to say:” The Arsenal problem ends “, but it is not the case, it is created. They do not create enough … They did not create a chance for him.”
