Arsenal news: Gabriel Martinelli previews Club Brugge

Arsenal striker Gabriel Martinelli previewed his match against Club Brugge and spoke about the confidence he has in himself and how he finds it easier to score in the Champions League than in the Premier League.
Speaking at the pre-match press conference, Martinelli made it clear that he and the team feel up to the challenge.
“We are ready for the game and we are here to win,” Martinelli said.
“We play in a big club, I have confidence in myself and my teammates. We know the quality we have, and we also have an incredible manager, so we know what we have to do in the match. We try to be calm and move forward game by game.”
A personal milestone is also within Martinelli’s reach: if he scores against Club Brugge, the Brazilian would become the first Arsenal player to score in five consecutive Champions League matches.
“In the Champions League sometimes it’s a little more open. Everyone wants to attack, and sometimes we have a lot of space. In the Premier League, sometimes, as they say, they park the bus, and it’s a little more difficult to score and have a little more space. I’m really happy with the goals and I hope to help the team to continue.
“I want to play every game – 90 minutes. But I want to help the team and win titles with this football club. Even if I play five minutes, I will do my best, try to win, score and help the team.”
