Arsenal has been hard to work on strengthening Mikel Arteta’s squad before their Premier League opener against Manchester United and it seems that a red devil could have become a shooter
Arsenal is now only one day from its Premier League opener to Manchester United. Gunners travels to Old Trafford on Sunday anxious for a positive start to the season.
And supporters get the chance to see a number of new signings for the first time. Viktor Gyokeres, Martin Zubimendi and Noni Madueke are among Arsenal’s headline signatures this summer and hope to be included.
At the same time, Christian Norgaard, Cristhian Mosquera and Kepa Arrizabalaga have been signed to add increased strength in depth. But Arsenal may not be done there.
Eberechi Eze remains linked to a move to the Emirate, albeit it seems unlikely that he will look up in northern London before the trip to Manchester.

Arsenal rejects Garnacho
Arsenal chose not to persecute a feature for Man United Mardfit Alejandro Garnacho after keeping track of the Argentine. Garnacho is expected to leave Old Trafford this summer after falling out of advantage under Ruben Amorim.
According to Manchester Evening News, Arsenal initiated a potential business, with the northern London rivals Tottenham and the Spanish side Atletico Madrid. But none of the three have followed a garnacho move that has found alternatives.
Arsenal and Spurs are interested in Crystal Palace Wideman Eze, with the latter also anxious for an agreement for Manchester City’s Savinho. Elsewhere, Atletico Madrid has chosen to move to Villarreal star Alex Baena.

Arteta plays crucial role
Mikel Arteta has revealed the weight he puts on the first impression when it comes to choosing Arsenal’s transmission targets. The Spanjolen is known for its eccentric methods when it comes to management, but with signings … the old classics are left – a good chat and decide if they are ready for the task.
He said: “Personality (is the most important attribute for a player). Without it you have no chance. You have to look at someone’s eyes.
“When I go to write a player, sometimes it’s on Zoom and I open the laptop, that’s the first impression. Is this guy ready to put on that sweater, work in that dressing room and take all the sounds that surround his signing and manage it properly?”
Zubimendi explains Switch
Arsenal star Martin Zubimendi has revealed why he chose to continue a transition to the Emirate just 12 months after rejecting Liverpool. When I talked to Dazn Espana, the midfielder said: “Last year I also had my doubt.
“I felt that I could still contribute a lot to Real Sociedad and that I still had action to take. But this summer I felt my time had arrived.
“When the signing was close, we talked, but he (Arteta) didn’t have to convince me. I already knew what I wanted by seeing how the team was playing.”
