Saka has reportedly agreed to extend his contract until 2031, which is a huge win for Mikel Arteta.

He will now pocket an incredible £300,000 a week in the Emirates.

This means Saka is the top earner in north London as his side fight for the title.

Arsenal have spent big money in their quest for elite silverware.

With Saka as the main winner, there are no less than six other players earning £200,000 or more every week.

Kai Havertz is the second most moneyed man on £275,000, with William Saliba on £250,000, Declan Rice on £225,000, Martin Odegaard and Gabriel Jesus both on £220,000 and Viktor Gyokeres on £200,000.

Surprisingly, an additional 11 other players also earn a six-figure salary every week.

Gabriel Martinelli, Ebe Eze, Gabriel Magalhaes and Ben White are all among the upper echelons of employees.

Jurrien Timber, Riccardo Calafiori and Mikel Merino also earn a nice salary.

And Piero Hincapie, Martin Zubimendi, Leandro Trossard and David Raya each earn £100,000 a week.

Even Arsenal’s “squad” players are paid handsomely, with Christian Norgaard, Kepa Arrizabalaga and Christian Mosquera playing very few minutes.

Noni Madueke is arguably underpaid, earning £50,000 a week despite making a big impact this season.

Youngsters Ethan Nwaneri and Myles Lewis-Skelly both earn £40,000 a week.

While teenager Max Dowman remains on a schoolboy contract worth £350 until his 17th birthday next December.
