Arsenal winger facing spell out but no ACL injury

Arsenal Noni Madueke winger set out after giving a knee injury during the club 1-1 draw with Manchester City.

Madueke was substituted during the second half of the shock of the Emirates, in which Gabriel Martinelli’s late equalizer saved a point for Arsenal.

Rumors had surfaced that Madueke had undergone a LCA problem, an injury that could potentially reduce his campaign. However, despite these reports, journalist Ben Jacobs confirmed that Madueke had not suffered an injury by the LCA.

The English international has to face time on the sidelines, but Arsenal is optimistic about the extent of the problems. Tests remain underway to determine the extent of Madueke’s injury.

The 23 -year -old started the season positively since his move of Chelsea’s 55 million pounds in summer, starting four of the five first league games of the club.
