Carabao Cup: Sharpest players, I’m impressed – Redknapp praises two Arsenal duo

Former Liverpool midfielder Jamie Redknapp praised the Arsenal Duo Ethan Nwaneri and Ebelechi Eze after the victory of the Carabao des Gunners Cup against Port Vale on Wednesday evening.

Nwaneri and Eze were impressive while Arsenal beat Port Vale 2-0 in the Carabao Cup.

The goals of Eze and Leandro Trossard gave Mikel Arteta the victory of Vale Park while they were going to the fourth round of the competition.

Speaking on Sky Sports, Redknapp described Nwaneri as one of the most sharp players in the Arsenal at night, alongside Eze.

“Saka will have an hour and then change it, ready for the weekend in Newcastle. This game is so important.

“I was impressed by Nwaneri; he was the most pointed to Arsenal players, and Eze,” said Redknapp.

The next Arsenal match is against Newcastle United in the Premier League this weekend.
