Arsenal have had a great summer in terms of team development.
The eight players signed by the Gunners have really increased the quality in depth.
When William Saliba suffered an ankle problem, Mikel Arteta was able to call on Cristhian Mosquera, who is eyeing an excellent signing at just 21 years old.
Arsenal can also call on Piero Hincapie at the back – the defender is out with a groin problem after making his debut against Athletic Club.
It is in midfield that Arsenal have the most strength. Captain Martin Odegaard is injured and Arteta was able to replace him with Eberechi Eze.
The Arsenal manager also has Martin Zubimendi, Declan Rice, Mikel Merino and Christian Norgaard as options.
Everyone at Arsenal is desperate to deliver a trophy and this season the main difference is that the team appears to be equipped to deliver it.
