Champions League fixtures: Inter need strong start before Liverpool and Arsenal meetings

The Inter will have to start hard in the Champions League because they will meet Atletico Madrid, Liverpool, Arsenal and Borussia Dortmund in the last four games of the league phase.

UEFA announced the dates and times of the Champions League League 2025-26 League on Saturday morning.

The finalists of last season, Inter, will trigger their European campaign in Ajax before facing Slavia Praha (home), Union Saint-Gilloise (far) and Kairat Almaty (house).

Technically, the most difficult light fixtures for Nerazzurri come in the second half of the competition, with matches outside the Atletico Madrid and Borussia Dortmund and home meetings with the giants of the Premier League Liverpool and Arsenal.

Liverpool will travel to San Siro on December 9, while the Arsenal match will take place on January 20, 2026.

Inter will have to secure as many points as possible in the opening matches of the Champions League to position themselves in a relatively safe place when they meet the best teams in their draw.

Inter, Arsenal, Liverpool and Atlético Madrid all finished in the first eight last season, earning direct access to the Champions League.
