Chelsea injury news: Cole Palmer update delivered by Enzo Maresca ahead of Barcelona, Arsenal games
Chelsea head coach Enzo Maresca provides an update on Cole Palmer’s major injuries ahead of this week’s clashes with Barcelona and Arsenal respectively.
Chelsea head coach Enzo Maresca appears to have retracted his previous assertions that Cole Palmer would miss the double head-to-head with Barcelona and Arsenal.
Midway through last week, Palmer was heading toward a return from a two-month absence due to a groin injury, but he suffered a broken little toe on his left foot when hitting his toe at home.
Maresca then said the England international would be out for at least the three games against Burnley, Barcelona and Arsenal before the end of the month.

However, speaking to reporters at a press conference on Monday, Maresca appeared to leave the door open for Palmer to play a role against Arsenal on Sunday.
