Choose your Barclays Manager of the Month

Four Premier League managers have been nominated for the Barclays Manager of the Month award for February 2026, and you can help decide who will win.

You, the fans, have until Monday March 9 at 12:00 GMT to vote below for Keith Andrews, Michael Carrick, Pep Guardiola or Arne Slot.

Fan votes will be combined with those of a panel of football experts to decide the winner, who will be revealed next week.

Brentford strengthened their chances of European qualification by taking 10 points from a possible 15 in February. The Bees started the month with back-to-back away wins against Aston Villa and Newcastle United, before coming back to pick up a point against Championship leaders Arsenal at the Gtech Community Stadium. A 2-0 home defeat to Brighton & Hove Albion was their only defeat and they bounced back to win their next game, beating Burnley 4-3 in a thrilling match at Turf Moor.

Nominated for the second month in a row, the reigning Barclays Manager of the Month continues to lead Man Utd’s resurgence. Carrick continued where he left off in January in early February with successive home wins over Fulham and Tottenham Hotspur. Man Utd’s unbeaten streak was extended further with a 1-1 draw at West Ham United before returning to winning ways against Everton.

Man City had an unbeaten February, winning four and drawing one of their five league matches. City’s month started on a disappointing note as they surrendered a two-goal lead to draw 2-2 against Spurs. However, they recovered impressively to win four games in a row, triumphing against Liverpool at Anfield before winning successive home games against Fulham and Newcastle and finishing the month with three more points at Leeds United.

Liverpool were agonizingly beaten in their first game of the month, conceding two late goals in a 2-1 defeat to Man City. However, they followed it up with three successive victories, beating Sunderland and Nottingham Forest on the road by a score of 1-0 before winning 5-2 against West Ham at Anfield.
