Cristiano Ronaldo wanted to join Arsenal in January and would have won them the title of the Premier League if he had signed, said Piers Morgan.

WHAT HAPPENED? The Portuguese superstar fell into the free agent pool when Manchester United ended his contract in December 2022 following an explosive interview with Morgan. Various landing points were mentioned for the five -time winner of the Ballon d’Or at this stage – from all over Europe and the United States – but he ended up signing the most lucrative contract in world football in Saudi Al -Nassr outfit.
