Crystal Palace in talks to beat Premier League rivals to homegrown Arsenal talent | Football

Crystal Palace had interviews on a decision for the winger of Arsenal Reiss Nelson, before Fulham in the race for his signature.

The 25 -year -old man came by the Arsenal academic system and made his debut for the club under Arsene Wenger, but he is in surplus to the Emirates requirements.

Despite his first Gunners games during the 2017-18 season, he only made 50 Premier League appearances for his childhood club.

England under 21 has spent ready spells with the German club Hoffenheim and the Dutch side Feyenoord before a passage with Fulham last season.

However, it now appears that the Eagles are ready to dive and beat their rivals from London to take Nelson on a permanent transfer.

The Sun reports that the winners of the FA Cup last season were in talks with the representatives of Nelson and imagined their chances of winning an agreement.

In disgrace in northern London, Nelson is likely to be available for only 15 million pounds sterling and wishes to move in search of regular football.

Although it is higher in the hierarchical order in Selhurst Park, in particular since the sale of Ebelechi Eze in Arsenal, there is still a lot of competition for places at the Oliver Glasner team.
