Draft NBA: Cooper Flagg, 18 years old, drawn up first by Dallas Mavericks

Flagg, who plays to the shooting or small striker, helped Duke University to reach the final of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) in 2024-25, with an average of 19.2 points, 7.5 rebounds, 4.2 assists, 1.4 stolen and 1.4 blocks per game as a serial number.
He won the Wooden Award – assigned to the most exceptional university player every season – and was appointed Rookie of the Year of the Atlantic Coast Conference.
It is the second number one in the history of the Dallas franchising after the MAVs selected Mark Aguirre in 1981.
The Spurs of San Antonio took the guard Dylan Harper with the second choice.
Harper, 19 years old, is the five -time champion’s son Ron Harper and his older brother Ron Harper Jr on books with Detroit Pistons.
“I feel everything – all the emotions mixed in a bucket,” said Dylan Harper.
“They have an excellent young core up there. I’m just ready to enter and have an impact in every possible way with those guys.”
The VJ Edgecombe guard was selected third by the 76ers of Philadelphia.
Born in the Bahamas, Big 12 Freshman of the Year was appointed after having an average of 15 points and 5.6 rebounds per game at Baylor University.
The Charlotte Hornets used the fourth choice to bring the Kon Knueppel Guard.
