Eberechi Eze reacts to Arsenal price tag as big change from Crystal Palace explained
Arsenal star Eberechi Eze insists he is not feeling pressure from his price tag.
Eze joined Arsenal from Crystal Palace in the summer in a deal worth an initial £60 million.
The midfielder described the move as a “dream” as he has been an Arsenal fan since childhood and was released by the club’s academy at the age of 13.

Eze has scored two goals and contributed two assists since returning to Arsenal, and is adamant his high price tag does not weigh him down.
“Pressure? For me? No. Pressure, no, because I think that’s how my belief system is set up,” Eze told the Beast Mode On podcast.
“I don’t feel any pressure because of what I believe and the faith I have. I feel like I’ve been put in a position, because a club like Arsenal deemed it worthy.

“They pay that money because you’re worth that money. It’s hard to put a number on it because my belief system is based on a different thing.
“But it’s an opportunity. It’s an opportunity to go play, do my thing, be the player I know I can be – and then you tell me if I was worth my money or not.”

Eze says Arsenal are a “special place” at the moment, and he is relishing the fight for silverware.
The 27-year-old has settled in quickly, thanks in part to knowing several English players.
But he admitted how the off-field spotlight is a big change from his time at Crystal Palace.
There’s a lot more Arsenal around than there is Palace, there’s a lot more to consider

“It’s a next level in terms of attention,” Eze said. “There is a lot more Arsenal around than Palace.
“You have to think about a lot more things. There are a lot more eyes on you. You get noticed a little more.
“It’s different off the football field. On the football field it’s the same. You play the same game, you play to win, you have the same types of conversations.

“Different processes and systems, but still the same principles. But off the pitch it’s a big change.
“I feel like it’s a natural progression in football as you change clubs and you progress things start to change a little bit and that was expected.
“It’s something I enjoy and try to handle with grace. It’s a blessing.”
