Eze says Arsenal ‘know what we’re capable of’ after Spurs win
Eberechi Eze says Arsenal “know what we are capable of” after extending their lead in the Premier League title race with a 4-1 win at Tottenham.
Arsenal enjoyed success in the north London derby against Spurs, with Eze scoring twice for the visitors. The 27-year-old followed his hat-trick in the reverse fixture with a brace at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, with Viktor Gyokeres also scoring twice for Arsenal.

This victory allowed Arsenal to bounce back after a poor run of recent results. A midweek draw against Wolves meant Arsenal had dropped points in five of their last seven league matches, but a big win against Spurs extended their advantage at the top.
Discussing the victory, Eze said Arsenal were confident the team was good enough to win silverware this season.
“Today everything went well, we thank God for that. We had a good performance. We did what we had to do today, which was the main thing,” Eze told Sky Sports.
“Yeah, of course, that’s the main thing (bouncing back from Wolves’ draw). We know what we are capable of. We have to play games to dominate and win and we have the players in the team to do that. Important win for us and we continue.

“I always try to occupy those positions to be ready, find space and work hard to get those (scoring) opportunities. It takes a lot to get there and it worked today.”
