Father of the star of Boston Celtics Jaylen Brown accused of attempted murder in Las Vegas
The father of Boston Celtics All-Star Jaylen Brown is facing an attempt to murder in Las Vegas after the police said he stabbed another man during a clash of the parking lot.
According to the authorities, the agents were called to block 1500 by South Buffalo Drive at 5.42 pm on Tuesday, where they found a man suffering from multiple stabbed wounds. The victim was taken to a local hospital and remained in critical conditions.
In a declaration, a spokesman for the Las Vegas metropolitan police department said that the suspicion, the 57 -year -old Quenton Marcelles Brown, was stopped a short distance from the scene and taken in custody. It was booked in the Clark County detention center on charges of attempted murder.
Tmz reported for the first time that the alteration began when Brown presumably dug the victim’s car door with his navigator Lincoln. A heated discussion followed, during which Brown presumably stabbed the man in his back and stomach.
The registers of the court revised Brown’s marters on Wednesday as a detained at the structure of Clark County. A person with knowledge of the case, who spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss it, confirmed that the arrested man is Jaylen Brown’s father.
Before becoming known as the parent of one of the brightest stars of the NBA, Marselles Brown sculpted a long career as a professional boxer. Listed at 7 feet with an 86-inch flow, he fought professionally from 1989 to 2008, then again from 2014 to 2016 following a six-year retirement, filling in a record of 33-18-1 with 25 knockout. He was also part of the Board of Directors of the Hawaii state boxing commission.
He had a training influence on Jaylen’s independence as a young athlete, encouraging him to enter the 2016 NBA draft without an agent so that he can negotiate his first contract. “My main motivation to get out of retirement was to show my children that I never gave up my dreams,” he said in an interview in 2016, adding that he wanted them to adopt the same approach.
The Celtics refused to comment on Wednesday.
