Gavi provokes Vini Jr. with 4-0 gesture in the classic between Barcelona and Real Madrid

Vini Jr. and Gavi exchanged barbs in the derby between Real Madrid and Barcelona on Saturday, in the 11th round of La Liga 2024/25. Barça were already winning 4-0 when Gavi made a hard foul on the Brazilian, who asked the referee to give the Spaniard a yellow card. Shortly after, the Catalan player provoked the Brazilian by making a four with his hand and saying “4-0” to the Real Madrid striker. Vini Jr. faced the Spaniard but did not fall for the provocation.

With Saturday’s win, Barcelona opened up a six-point lead at the top of La Liga, with 30 points from 11 games. Real Madrid remained in second place. In the next round, on Saturday, Barcelona will face Espanyol, while Real Madrid will face Valencia.
