Liverpool Competing With Arsenal, Chelsea & Man City To Land This PSG Ace: Is He Worth The Fight?
In a recent report, Fichajes said that Liverpool are among the clubs hoping to sign Paris Saint-Germain ace Bradley Barcola. It was mentioned that the Reds would face competition from Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester City in the race to sign the French player.
Barcola’s impressive form in French football
Barcola has enjoyed good form at the French club as he put in a string of impressive performances for them in the final third. The 23-year-old has scored five goals and registered one assist in 14 league appearances this season.

The French talent proved himself in the final third with an average of 3.80 shots per 90 minutes in Ligue 1. He kept 50% of his attempts on target. Bradley was even accurate in distributing possession in the opponent’s half based on his 83.9% pass success rate in the French premier division (stats via fbref.com).
His current contract at PSG will expire in the summer of 2028, which could make it difficult for the Reds to sign him on the cheap this year.

Liverpool are among the clubs hoping to sign Barcola: is he worth it?
Barcola is a good dribbler with the ball at his feet and can make some runs with it on the flanks. He has the vision to create decent chances for his teammates in the final third and can strike the ball with venom from long range.

The French sensation can contribute by scoring and creating his fair share of goals up top. Barcola is primarily a left winger, but can also function as a right-back player or center forward if necessary. However, it remains to be seen whether he can cope with the physical side and high intensity of the Premier League if the Reds manage to recruit him this year.
Barcola would bring more pace and goals to Liverpool boss Arne Slot’s frontline. He is more than capable of securing a regular first-team place at the Merseyside club in the years to come.
At 23, Barcola has a bright future ahead of him. He’d be worth the fight, so the Reds would be wise to sign him this month or next summer.
