Mikel Arteta confirms two new Arsenal injury blows after FA Cup win over Wigan
Ben White and Riccardo Calafiori are both doubts for Arsenal’s trip to Wolves on Wednesday.
After briefly being close to a fully fit first-team squad last month, injury problems have resumed for the Gunners.

They were added on Sunday along with White and Calafiori, putting a slight negative note on an otherwise perfect afternoon for Arsenal with a 4-0 victory over Wigan in the FA Cup.
Calafiori was expected to start the match but withdrew after the warm-up and had to be replaced in the starting lineup by Bukayo Saka.
White, meanwhile, fell ten minutes from time and had to be replaced.
“(Calafiori) and Ben are the only doubts,” Arteta said.
“We have to wait and see in the next 48 hours how things develop.”
Martin Odegaard missed the match with a knee problem he picked up after coming on as a half-time substitute against Brentford on Thursday evening.

The Arsenal captain finished that match, but was seen limping out of the stadium after the match.
“Martin, we will have to wait and see,” Arteta said.
“He picked that shot on the play when we conceded the goal (against Brentford) and he wasn’t fit for today.”
Arsenal are more short of midfield options than Arteta would like, with Kai Havertz out due to a muscle injury and Mikel Merino in a race to feature again this season following foot surgery.
Max Dowman has also just returned to training after an ankle injury and Arteta can no longer call on Ethan Nwaneri, after Arsenal let him join Marseille on loan last month.

“Before it was the attackers, then the defenders, now it’s the midfielders,” Arteta said.
“But we are still facing that, but we need some players to be fit, to give us not only numbers, but also different options compared to our opponents. So the sooner the better.”
