NBA Free Agency 2025: Myles Turner’s acquisition should make Giannis Antetokounmpo happy happy

The new NBA calendar is completely underway after night 1 of Libera Agency.

There are many things that will change the way we see the teams while heading towards the 2025-26 season.

Of course, there are many things to order through teams, players and contracts. Some thoughts are still preparing, some are quite simple and some may be excessively optimistic and/or pessimistic.

(And in the case of the Bucks, who have just shocked the world of the NBA, all those thoughts are probably there at the same time.)

Let’s both.

The dollars go great!

The Bucks returned four of their boys to Bobby Portis (three years, $ 44 million), Gary Trent Jr. (two years, $ 7.5 million), Kevin Porter Jr (two years, $ 11 million) and Taurean Prince (two years, $ 7.1 million), but also lost the long -date center Lopez against the Clippers Los Angeles.

It does not matter, apparently, since somehow they made an agreement for Myles Turner, one of the best great men of the League.

Turner (four years, $ 107 million) gives Bucks New Life and may have put an end to any speculation on Giannis Antetokounmpo’s satisfaction in Milwaukee because Turner represents a significant update.

This is an excellent excellent for the dollars, who seemed to have died in the water late at night.

Now, the Bucks have paid a huge price here, since the way they found the available money was renouncing and lengthening Damian Lillard’s contract.

The Lillard contract, with $ 113 million remaining, will be distributed in the next five seasons, which is a significant amount of dead salary to be transported.

This is truly a move made for the present, with very little concern given to the future. At least, this took a huge liver from the Bucks front office.
