New Arsenal signing Piero Hincapie reveals why he snubbed Tottenham transfer | Football

The last summer of Mikel Arteta, Piero Hincie, said that it took “a single conversation” to convince him to join Arsenal despite Tottenham’s interest.

The Spurs were supposed to direct the race to sign Hincie, who clearly told Bayer Leverkusen that he wanted to leave before the transfer date.
