Pacers fans cheer on the airport team, show support for Tyrese Haliburton

After a fought NBA final, the fans of the Indiana Pacers wanted to show the team how much they took care of the team. About two dozens of Pacer fans showed up at the Indianapolis International Airport at 2:30 in the morning to cheer for the team after a defeat of Game 7.
Fans cheered for various Pacers players, including Tyrese Haliburton, who was spotted on a wheelchair after reporting that he had torn Achille. The fans sang the name of Haliburton as it was removed from the plane.

Two team members – James Johnson and Obi Toppin – stopped their car and interacted with the fans before leaving the scene. That interaction was captured on video by Wthr to Indianapolis.
Those fans showed up to support a team of Pacers who few expected to get to the game 7 of the NBA finals. After going 50-32 in the regular season, the Pacers ensured the seed n. 4 in the Eastern Conference. The team then sent both seed n. 1 that Cleveland Cavaliers is seed n. 3 of New York Knicks to reach the finals.
Despite being huge disadvantaged, the pars then pushed Oklahoma City’s Thunder to the game 7 in the final. The Pacer moved from thunder through the first half of the race and maintained an advantage of a mid -time point before the thunder walked into the second half.
The game trajectory may have changed when Haliburton went down. While the Pacers managed to support the competition for a while after Haliburton’s injury, Toppin admitted that he had played a role in his poor performance.

TJ McConnell also had difficulty with loss. Espn cameras captured an emotional McConnell while entering the tunnel. A Pacers staff told the Espn production team to stop shooting the Pacers Guard after the game.
After such a draining loss, Pacers fans wanted to let the team know that he still had a lot of support. This may not be enough to completely wash the disappointment of losing game 7, but it was undoubtedly appreciated by Pacers players.
