The Swedish striker added four more goals to his Premier League tally, taking him to double figures in the league in his first season at Arsenal. Gyokeres started February by coming off the bench to score twice in 31 minutes in a 3–0 home win over Sunderland. The Gunners drew successive draws after that victory, but returned to winning ways in the north London derby, with Gyokeres capping the month with another brace in a 4-1 win over Tottenham Hotspur.

Nico O’Reilly (Man City)
P5 W4 D1 L0 G3 A0
O’Reilly has had a stellar February for Man City, securing both of their home wins and helping his side enjoy an unbeaten month. The versatile 20-year-old has excelled in an attacking midfielder role after being used primarily as a left-back by Pep Guardiola this season. O’Reilly scored the second in a 3–0 win over Fulham and scored both goals in a 2–1 win over Newcastle United. The England international started every game as City won 13 points from a possible 15.

Dango Ouattara (Brentford)
P5 W3 D1 L1 G2 A2
The winger directly contributed to four goals in February as Brentford had an impressive month, with three wins and a draw against leaders Arsenal in five games. Ouattara was the winner in a 1-0 win over Aston Villa and provided a goal and assist in a 3-2 win at Newcastle, which also marked his 100th Premier League appearance. He ended February with an assist for Mikkel Damsgaard in a 4-3 win at Burnley at Turf Moor.

Antoine Semenyo (Man City)
P5 W4 D1 L0 G3 A0
Man City’s January signing from AFC Bournemouth has quickly become a key figure for City, playing a vital role in their quest for Arsenal. Semenyo scored three goals in February – in a 2-2 draw against Spurs and subsequent wins over Fulham and Leeds United. The winger also produced an assist for O’Reilly in the win at Fulham. The Ghanaian has demonstrated his ability to adapt by playing in midfield and as a center forward for his new club.

Benjamin Sesko (Man Utd)
P4 W3 D1 L0 G3 A0
Sesko played the role of super-sub perfectly in February. The Slovenian has scored three goals in four matches, each time coming off the bench. These were also consecutive strikes. Sesko scored the winner in the third minute of added time against Fulham and left it even later to salvage a point for West Ham United, with his deft finish in the sixth minute of added time. He also scored the decisive goal in a 1–0 win over Everton.

Virgil van Dijk (Liverpool)

Van Dijk showed his defensive and offensive abilities during the month for Liverpool. The central defender played all four matches and the Reds took nine points from a possible 12. The Dutchman helped his side keep clean sheets in wins at Sunderland and Nottingham Forest, even scoring the winner against the Black Cats in a 1-0 success. He also scored in a 5–2 win over West Ham, to become the second best defender in Premier League history.
