Chelsea legend John Terry predicted Arsenal would go on and win the Premier League title.

On a potentially crucial night at the top, Arsenal beat Brighton 1-0 thanks to Bukayo Saka’s goal inside the first ten minutes, while Manchester City were held to a 2-2 draw at home by Nottingham Forest.

Man City, however, have a game in hand against Arsenal and still have to face Mikel Arteta’s side at the Etihad Stadium in what is billed as a title decider on April 19.

Terry, however, believes City losing points against Forest surely signals the end of their hopes of being crowned champions of England this season.

“There were some big performances and upsets in the Premier League last night,” Terry said on TikTok.

“Manchester City are dropping points again, surely this is the end for them after Arsenal also beat Brighton.

The Gunners host Everton at the Emirates Stadium a week on Saturday and City are in London to face a West Ham side battling relegation.

An unprecedented quadruple is still possible for both teams. Arsenal face Mansfield in the fifth round of the FA Cup this weekend and will benefit from a more favorable route in the Champions League knockout stage.
