The Queens League experienced one of its most special days since it began. On the day of the 8M celebration, the players of this show once again made it clear that women’s football is unstoppable. One of the most outstanding was once again Alba Mellado, who has already scored a whopping 70 goals in the competition.
Matchday 4 of this split, celebrated on International Women’s Day, served as a platform to continue promoting the presence of women in sport.

Another great sports star is Alba Mellado. The 2024 Golden Crown winner scored her 70th goal in Ultimate Móstoles’ victory over Jijantas FC (5-2). The stars of Mostoleta understood each other perfectly to defeat the Barça team and move ahead in the standings.
El Barrio continues its good momentum after beating Saiyans FC (4-0). Mercedes Roa’s team achieved their third consecutive victory, in addition to the victory in the penalty shootouts of the first day.
The shootouts between 1K FC – xBuyer Team and Kunitas – PIO FC were also decided by penalty shootouts. Mayichi’s team and the Buyer brothers’ team earned their first points of the split, while Jova’s team moved up to the playoff positions after defeating PIO FC.
The day ended with many goals. Las Troncas FC beat Aniquiladoras FC by the minimum in a heart-stopping match (5-6). The botanical team left Ama Blitz’s team with no chance of equalling Porcinos FC at the top of the standings.
