Thomas Frank risked angry the Tottenham fan base, deligning a Hage’s rally for the bitter London Rivals of the club, the Arsenal. Frank is preparing for his first responsible campaign of Spurs and part of his preparation will include Clash derby in Hong Kong Thursday.
