Ticket info: Chelsea v Arsenal
Below is ticketing information for our Premier League match against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Sunday 30 November at 4.30pm.
We have received an allocation of 3,083 tickets for this match, which will take place in the lower and upper tiers of the Shed End.
All tickets for this game will be physical and will be sent to the primary customer member. Please ensure your postal details are up to date.
The outer section of Stamford Bridge is a designated safe area. The physical seats are in place and come with a rail.
All fans under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. Any supporter under the age of 16 not accompanied by an adult will not be allowed to enter the stadium. All fans, regardless of age, will need a valid ticket.
We ask that you purchase a ticket only if you plan to attend the match. Our aim is to ensure that as many supporters as possible have the chance to attend this match and that our away support remains vibrant and passionate.
If you are unable to scan the relevant away match ticket at the host club’s turnstile and the ticket is therefore not used, we will remove any away loyalty points that have been credited to your membership account for the relevant away match. The club also reserves the right to implement further point removals in the event of repeat events, as outlined in section 3.8 of the Arsenal Away Match Ticket Terms and Conditions for the 2025-2026 season.
EXCHANGE OF TICKETS OUTSIDE
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve the ticketing experience for our supporters, we are pleased to announce a new Away Ticket Exchange service replacing the Away Ticket Transfer for the 2025-26 season.
The away ticket exchange service will open once the relevant away match has sold out.
Ticket collection will continue to be carried out with the away ticket exchange service, as part of our ongoing efforts to ensure that genuine Arsenal fans use these tickets. Supporters who have been notified to collect their tickets for this match will receive an email prior to the match date with all relevant ticket collection details.
Fans collecting duplicate tickets on match day will be required to provide photo identification. ID must match the name on the assigned ticket and ID photographs are not valid. Third-party ticket withdrawals are also not permitted.
