Transfer: Arsenal Get Rodrygo Boost

Arsenal has been given a boost in its hopes of signing Rodrygo from Real Madrid in the summer transfer window.

Rodrygo has been a long -term goal for Arsenal, but a move has not yet happened.

The Brazilians had been linked to Manchester City as a potential compensation for Savinho, which was linked to a move to the Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur.

But as reported by Sun UK on Tuesday, Savinho will now stop at Cityzens in the middle of a failed move to Spurs.

Real Madrid is said to be anxious to get money at Rodryo for £ 76.8 million.

This comes after Real Madrid recently contacted the Premier League North London Club over a potential swap agreement for Rodrygo and their defender William Saliba.

Arsenal, however, rejected the proposal, which made it clear that they would only consider Rodrygo in a straight signing.
