Transfer news LIVE: Arsenal agree £17.1m deal, Rashford update, Liverpool target £43m ace
Marcus Rashford has insisted he will not allow his transfer limbo to cloud his World Cup focus. The Manchester United forward is currently caught in a peculiar situation.
After his loan spell at Barcelona ended without the Catalans paying their £28million optional fee to sign him permanently, Rashford is a Red Devil. There does not appear to be a future for him at Old Trafford and Barcelona are still understood to be interested in him.
Speaking before England’s crucial World Cup clash with Mexico, Rashford said: “As a person, I live in the moment.
“I was very clear with everyone involved before the World Cup. I wanted it done before, and if not, then I won’t deal with it until after, because I want to fully be present in this moment.”
