Dominic Calvert-Lewin (Leeds United)

Arriving on a free transfer after the expiration of his contract at Everton, Calvert-Lewin played a pivotal role in promoted Leeds’ successful season as they comfortably avoided relegation. Calvert-Lewin scored 14 goals, the second-highest among English players, finishing seventh in this season’s Coca-Cola Golden Boot rankings.
Rayan Cherki (Man City)

Manchester City’s French winger dazzled in his first season in the Premier League after joining in the summer from Lyon. Cherki produced an array of wonderful goals and skills to help his side push Arsenal all the way in the title race. Some of Cherki’s best moments included a wonderful solo goal against Arsenal and a rabona cross to Phil Foden against Sunderland.
Viktor Gyokeres (Arsenal)

The Swedish forward had an instant impact when joining Arsenal from Sporting in the summer, registering 14 goals to become the Gunners’ top scorer in the Premier League. Gyokeres’ goals helped Arsenal claim their first league title in 22 years.
Joao Pedro (Chelsea)

Joao Pedro enjoyed a successful campaign for Chelsea, even if it was overall a disappointing one for the club. The Brazilian, who was signed from Brighton & Hove Albion in the summer, registered 15 goals and five assists in just 35 matches, including a hat-trick in a 4-1 win at Aston Villa.
Senne Lammens (Man Utd)

The Belgian goalkeeper provided a calming presence for Man Utd in goal after joining from Royal Antwerp, keeping eight clean sheets and producing 79 saves across the campaign. Lammens’ performances helped the Red Devils to end the season in third, their best finish in three seasons.
Antoine Semenyo (Man City)

Joining Man City in January from AFC Bournemouth, Semenyo continued his good form of the first half of the season into the second half, scoring seven times and providing one assist in 17 appearances. In February, Semenyo scored three goals and set up another in just five appearances to win the EA SPORTS Player of the Month for the first time.
Adrien Truffert (Bournemouth)

After a summer of changes in Bournemouth’s defence, left-back Truffert proved to be an instant hit in the Cherries backline, helping them to qualify for Europe for the first time in their history. Not only was Truffert solid defensively, he showcased his attacking qualities on a number of occasions, having provided five assists and scored once.
Granit Xhaka (Sunderland)

Arguably one of Sunderland’s best signings of the summer, Xhaka – an instrumental figure in Bayer Leverkusen’s Bundesliga title and German Cup Double in 2023/24 – became an instant hit at the Stadium of Light. The Swiss midfielder was named club captain and helped them achieve an incredible seventh-placed finish to qualify for next season’s UEFA Europa League.
