Arsenal v Leeds United: the match

The club remained undefeated in the Champions League on Wednesday with a 3-2 victory at Kairat Almaty and concluded the group stage with a perfect 8-0-0 record. Arsenal also top the Premier League table with a 15-5-3 record and 50 points, but Manchester City and Aston Villa are breathing down their necks as betting line favorites (-185) to claim victory No. 16 against Leeds.

Since the start of December, Leeds United have found themselves in good form with just one defeat and a 4-6-1 record in 11 matches spanning the Premier League and FA Cup. Defense has been a hallmark as Leeds put distance between themselves and the bottom four relegation places, now at 6-8-9 in 16th in the league. Last time out, Leeds played Everton to a 1-1 draw after conceding the equalizer to Thierno Barry in the 76th minute.
