Boston signed Norris in March and appeared in three games of the regular season. The 25-year-old striker brought an intriguing mixture of size (6 feet-10) and shooting skills, but the Celtics were forced to cut after having acquired Luis Jr. by jazz as part of the Georges Niang agreement last week.

The Celtics selected Williams 6 feet and 11 with the 46th choice in the draft NBA 2025. The great 23 -year -old man showed an intriguing potential at the NBA Summer League with his mixture as director and blocking of the shots. Williams must show that he can improve as a finitor around the basket in terms of professionals.

Shulga was the 57th choice in this year’s draft. Luis Jr., the Big East Player of the Year from St. John’s, was not drawn up in June but blocked with jazz later.

Two -way slots are important since Boston tries to develop young cheap talents for the back of the roster. The Celtics have used 2-way agreements in the past to model the current players of the roster such as Sam Hauser and NeemiaS Queta, both who could see great minutes during the 2025-26 season.

With all departures this offseason, Celtics could have large opportunities for younger players to show their potential. Williams, in particular with a thin frontcourt, seems particularly important for depth purposes.
