Who was the best player of Matchweek 34?
Matchweek 34 of the 2025/26 Premier League season featured some brilliant individual performances.
We have picked out seven of the best and are inviting you to vote for one of them, to help decide who will be named the Premier League Player of the Matchweek.
You have until 12:00 BST on Wednesday 29 April to cast your vote. The winner will be announced later on the same day.
Casemiro (Manchester United 2-1 Brentford)Â
Man Utd midfielder Casemiro was a key figure in his side’s win against Brentford, netting the crucial opener as Michael Carrick’s side took a step closer to securing UEFA Champions League football for next season.Â
The 34-year-old utilised his vast experience to deliver a dominant midfield performance. He made 11 tackles, won 16 duels and made nine clearances – becoming the only player in the last 20 seasons to record all of those numbers in a single Premier League match.

Morgan Gibbs-White (Sunderland 0-5 Nottingham Forest)
The Nottingham Forest captain continued his fine form with a goal and an assist at the Stadium of Light.Â
Gibbs-White calmly played in striker Chris Wood for Forest’s second goal of the match, before he got on the scoresheet himself with a drilled effort into the bottom corner to take his tally to 13 for the season.Â

Piero Hincapie (Arsenal 1-0 Newcastle United)
It was a defensive masterclass from left-back Hincapie as Arsenal edged past Newcastle to return to the top of the table.Â
The Ecuadorian recorded a monster defensive contribution, with five tackles, five clearances, four interceptions, three recoveries and one block, while no Newcastle player successfully completed a dribble against him.Â

Igor Jesus (Sunderland 0-5 Forest)
The Brazilian’s sensational display helped Forest claim three vital points in their ongoing battle to avoid relegation.
Jesus was involved in three of his side’s five goals, firstly kickstarting the 5-0 rout at the Stadium of Light by diverting a header on to Sunderland defender Trai Hume for an own goal.
The forward then teed up Gibbs-White for his 34th-minute strike, before volleying in three minutes later to cap off a sublime first-half display for Vitor Pereira’s side.

Alexis Mac Allister (Liverpool 3-1 Crystal Palace)
The Argentine midfielder ran the show for Liverpool, producing two assists in their victory over Crystal Palace. He set up Alexander Isak for the Swede’s first goal since returning from injury before providing the important touch to assist Florian Wirtz’s magnificent half-volley in second-half stoppage time.Â

Ryan Sessegnon (Fulham 1-0 Aston Villa)
The Fulham left-back made the difference at Craven Cottage with a composed finish from close range. He was also defensively sound as he kept Villa’s star man Morgan Rogers quiet.Â
Unfortunately, Sessegnon had to be substituted in the 81st minute due to injury, but Marco Silva’s side were able to secure a vital win in their pursuit of European football next season.Â

Tomas Soucek (West Ham 2-1 Everton)
Soucek delivered a superb all-round display, on his 200th Premier League appearance for West Ham United.Â
The midfielder opened the scoring with a thunderous header from Jarrod Bowen’s corner. He then brilliantly prevented Everton striker Thierno Barry from scoring by diverting the Frenchman’s powerful header on to the crossbar.Â
