Of all the young players Arsenal have developed through their youth system, Bukayo Saka is the Gunners’ fan favorite. The English winger gave an interview to Sky Sports where he discussed a variety of topics. He discussed the current season, his personal goals, his dream of winning the Ballon d’Or, and his opinion on Lamine Yamal .

Saka was asked about Lamine and his game, and the Englishman surrendered to the Barcelona player: “He’s simply incredible. I’ve never seen such a good level of football from a 17-year-old. What he does at his age is not normal .”

I’ve never seen such a high level of football in a 17-year-old boy.

Bukayo Saka, Arsenal player

There’s no doubt that, at 23, Saka is one of the footballers of the present and future.. The player dreams of one day winning the Ballon d’Or, although he’s aware of the competition and great players out there. “I don’t like to put myself in these conversations. I focus on my game, but for me it would be a dream to win it. Right now, my only focus is winning titles with Arsenal, and everything else will come after that .”

It would be a dream to win the Ballon d’Or, although my goal is to win titles with Arsenal.

Playoff against PSG: 0-1 at the Emirates

Arsenal lost 1-0 at the Emirates and will play for a place in the final at the Parc des Princes. PSG have an advantage thanks to a goal from Dembélé, and the player confessed that they are “ the strongest team they have ever faced .” The two teams have already met in the group stage, with Arsenal winning and Saka scoring. The Englishman believes they are a completely different team. “They were 100% a different team. They are very organized and move the ball very well. They were much better and they impressed me, to be fair .”

The Englishman praised two of his teammates, Lewis Skelly and Nwaneri, who have burst onto the scene this season, especially the former. “It’s scary how far he can go. He’s 18 and it seems like he’s been playing for years .” He also had good things to say about Nwaneri, whom he feels is a bit of an “older brother.” “He’s a huge talent. He’s shown with goals and talent what he’s made of.”
