Matchweek 38 of the 2025/26 Premier League season featured some outstanding individual performances.
We’ve picked out seven of the best and want YOU to vote to determine the Premier League Player of the Matchweek.Â

Jarrod Bowen (West Ham 3-0 Leeds)
Although West Ham United couldn’t secure Premier League safety on the final day, their captain did everything he could in the win over Leeds United. Bowen provided an assist for Valentin Castellanos before then doubling West Ham’s lead himself with a clinical low finish.

Patrick Dorgu (Brighton 0-3 Man Utd)
In his first start since January, Danish winger Dorgu produced a fine attacking display in Manchester United’s victory over Brighton & Hove Albion. He opened the scoring with an excellent header midway through the first half before providing an assist for Bruno Fernandes for Man Utd’s third goal.

Bruno Fernandes (Brighton 0-3 Man Utd)
In the same match, Man Utd captain Fernandes made history by creating his 21st goal of the season, setting a record for the most assists in a single campaign. The Portuguese then scored his ninth goal of the season with a fine finish.

Trai Hume (Sunderland 2-1 Chelsea)
Hume has been at the heart of Sunderland’s incredible season, playing in every match and marking his final appearance of 2025/26 with the crucial opening goal of a victory that secured European qualification.Â

Noni Madueke (Crystal Palace 1-2 Arsenal)
In Arsenal’s first match after being crowned champions, Madueke delivered a performance befitting of their season. He scored Arsenal’s second goal in their victory over Palace and was unfortunate not to produce at least one assist after creating two chances for Gabriel Jesus.

Joao Palhinha (Tottenham Hotspur 1-0 Everton)
Spurs midfielder Palhinha made the difference against Everton, scoring the vital goal that secured their Premier League safety. The Portugal international was also excellent in protecting his defence, making more tackles than any other player on the pitch.

Ollie Watkins (Man City 1-2 Aston Villa)
Watkins took his season tally to 16 goals with two strikes against Manchester City. The 30-year-old forward has now scored a brace on five occasions in 2025/26, also doing so against Sunderland, Chelsea and Brighton & Hove Albion and Liverpool.Â
