In an interview with Sky Sports on Friday, Mohamed Salah cleared up all doubts regarding his renewal with Liverpool and confirmed that this will be his last season with ‘Red’: “I want to win this Premier League since it will be my last year at the club. I want to give this special gift to the club and the city.

Salah’s renewal was a recurring issue at Liverpool, despite the fact that on September 1, 2024, he had already said the same thing after a Premier League match against United, precisely the rival that Pool has on Sunday: “This will be my last season at Pool,” he said then, which he has ratified today.

In my interviews over the last seven or eight years, I always said that I want to win the Champions League. But this is the first time I say that I really want to win the Premier League with Liverpool.

We waited for that title for about 30 years to win it and it was the pandemic … and we didn’t have time to celebrate it in the right way. Hopefully we can do it this year ,” he said in the interview with ‘Sky’.
